Look for hidden cost and surprises of inconvenience occurred for us and left a horrid taste in our mouth. At one point management was pounding on the dog owners door making more noise then anyone. There were dogs barking, kids running through the halls and the neighbors were banging something against the wall well after quiet time. 1 that’s 9, then 2 that are 4 and then 2 that’s are 3 had a good time.
Fortunately my instinct took over and we were able to get our passes in advance. Upon making reservations it was discovered to be $225 per night! After 4 phone calls we finally got the same answer the kids did! PER NIGHT!Kids were ok but we were embarrassed as can be! Then to find out they often run out of day passes and we came very close to loosing the day with them, it was disappointing. We thought the turtle cards meant Friday through Sunday for $225 and were so excited to give our children and 5 grandkids a fun weekend getaway.
